Can I get free shipping?

Yes! Orders within the US can get free shipping on orders over $50 when you select "Economy shipping" at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping prices can be found at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Do you make custom items?

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Just send me an email (taylorscozycurios@outlook.com) with what items you are wanting and how many to get pricing information. Wholesale discounts are between 30-50% off depending on the quantity and how complicated the piece is to make.

Can I return, cancel, or refund my order?

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, please contact me at taylorscozycurios@outlook.com with the details.
